General terms and conditions that apply to the agreement between Lisa van Geenen Photography (hereinafter referred to as the photographer) and you as a customer (hereinafter referred to as the client)

Lisa van Geenen Photography has the right to change these general terms and conditions. You agree that the latest version of these general terms and conditions will always apply to the assignment. Parties can record deviating agreements in writing.
Article 1: General
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer, quotation and assignment between the Photographer and the client, unless the parties have expressly deviated from these terms and conditions in writing.
Article 2: Realization of the assignment
1. The assignment is concluded when the Photographer sends a written confirmation to the client
2. A date for the assignment is set in agreement with the photographer
Article 3. Execution of the assignment
1. Photographer will take care of the customer's session with professional and spare equipment.
2. The photographer will carry out the assignment to the best of his/her knowledge and ability in accordance with the requirements of good workmanship
3. The photographer delivers the images after processing in his own style.
Article 4: Payment terms
1. The client has a payment term of 7 days after the invoice date.
2. When booking wedding photography, a €500 will be charged
3. This deposit must be paid within 7 days after sending the invoice. If after this date the down payment has not yet been made, the contract can be declared dissolved.
4. If the assignment is requested within less than 4 weeks prior to the assignment, the entire amount must be paid when booking.
5. A down payment for an assignment cannot be reclaimed. If an assignment cannot happen, it will be moved to another session in consultation.
6. Photographer delivers its products after payment has been received.
7. All amounts include VAT, unless otherwise agreed.
Article 5: Copyright
1. It is not permitted for the client to self edit images supplied. This also includes the use of Instagram filters.
2. Supplied images may not be used for commercial purposes without consultation with the Photographer
3. By entering into an agreement, the client agrees that the Photographer will use the images resulting from the assignment for social media, advertisements, portfolio in the website and printed matter, unless expressly agreed otherwise prior to the assignment.
Article 6: Products and delivery
1. Photographer delivers her files digitally in an online gallery
2. Photographer does not provide RAW files.
3. Photographer uses an estimated delivery time of 6 weeks for wedding photography
4. The Photographer will make a first design of the photo album after the client has received the photos.
5. Client may express changes to the layout of the album until it is to their liking
6. After approval from the client, the Photographer will send the order for the album to the supplier.
7. The album is first delivered to the Photographer for quality control, after which it is sent to the client.
